  • Standing leg + butt workout with a chair (NO WEIGHTS)

    Focus: legs, butt
    Level: intermediate/advanced
    Equipment: one chair

    You're going to really feel the burn using your own body weight and a chair for resistance! We're working our legs and butt all around in this intense and effective combo.

  • Leg Combo with 1 Heavy-Weight

    Focus: legs
    Level: intermediate
    Equipment: 1 heavy weight (5 lbs or higher)

    Make this combo more intense with a heavier weight. I'm using a 7 lbs weight, however, if you're looking for a real challenge try a 10! Hope you enjoy this all-leg intense combo!

  • Inner/Outer Thighs + Glutes Series

    Focus: inner/outer thighs/glutes
    Level: intermediate/advanced
    Equipment: mat

    A great quick all over burn for those inner/outer thighs and butt!
    You can always add ankle weights (3-5lbs) to this combination for a challenge;)
    Don't forget to keep squeezing those glutes with each and every pulse!

  • Turned-Out Glute Combo with Heavy-Weights

    Focus: butt work in turn-out
    Level: Intermediate
    Equipment: heavy weights and a mat

    A quick, up-pace combo working the glutes by lifting the leg diagonally.
