What you Need: light-weights (2-4lbs)
Build long, lean arms with this effective arm and shoulder combination. If you're just getting started you may want to start with lighter weights or no weights at all. I always use 3lbs weights for repetitive, up-pace pulsing like we do in this video and I always feel the burn!! For an added bonus, we get to work the deep abdominal muscles as we move through all angles of those arm exercises;)
