A great rhythmical crunch combination done on the mat all in a supine position.
Be sure not to crunch your chin to your chest, and focus on your mid-spine pressing into the floor with each crunch. Always pulse once you're in an abdominal isolation.
**This combination is not ideal for those who have neck issues or abdominal separation known as diastasis recti.**
