    Make this combo more intense with a heavier weight. I'm using a 7 lbs weight, however, if you're looking for a real challenge try a 10! Hope you enjoy this all-leg intense combo!

  • Inner/Outer Thighs + Glutes Series

    Focus: inner/outer thighs/glutes
    Level: intermediate/advanced

    A great quick all over burn for those inner/outer thighs and butt!
    You can always add ankle weights (3-5lbs) to this combination for a challenge;)
